We are not affiliated with any government agency or entity. Our services are intended to simplify and streamline the application process for our clients.

2. Scope of Services

We provide:

Our services do not guarantee approval of any application, as decisions are made by the relevant UK government authorities. We can provide you with additional services, which are pointed out on our Website.

3. Use of Our Services

By proceeding to use the website to complete your ETA application, you agree, certify, and waive your rights regarding the handling of this application as dictated by the UK Government and authorize Website to indicate your acceptance of the ETA terms as displayed. The contract shall come into force as soon as all the data required for the registration has been entered and you have clicked click on the “Order” button. The contract will only not come into force if incorrect details are provided or your credit card is rejected (credit card limit has been exceeded, incorrect card details have been entered, the card is blocked).

We are committed to providing our clients with the highest standard of service. Our complaint handling process is designed to ensure that clients’ concerns are treated seriously and addressed fairly.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at our sole discretion.

4. Payment and Fees

All fees for our services are clearly outlined on the Website. Payments must be made in full at the time of application submission.

Fees charged by etaukpermit.com are for our services and include government fees, to the extent that they are determined by the government at the time of application, which Website paid directly to the relevant authorities. All payments are processed securely by third-party payment providers.

We charge you for each your order. This charge includes all resulting costs, including the fee charged by the UK authorities and including any indirect taxes (if any) that are applicable to the fees and other charges and fees charged by an issuing authority. This fee will become due upon placing the order and shall not be reimbursable even in the event of a negative response from the UK authorities owing to false statements or a negative decision, resulting in travel authorization not being issued.

We will clearly inform you of the service fee and total price.

ETA applications are processed for a standard service fee of USD 98.00 or EUR 95.00, which includes the mandatory UK government fee. At the time of your application, the UK government fee is expected to be GBP 16.00, which is non-refundable under any circumstances.
For this fee, you will receive a specified email from etaukpermit.com team with the application results within 3 UK working days, provided that your application form is correctly filled out, and the copies of your documents meet the necessary requirements, as far as it depends on etaukpermit.com. In some cases, processing may take longer than 3 UK working days if there are delays within the UK government system, which are beyond the control of etaukpermit.com. However, such delays are rare.
For your convenience, we offer the Express ETA service for a standard fee of USD 118.00 or EUR 116.00, which includes the mandatory UK government fee. At the time of your application, the UK government fee is expected to be GBP 16.00, which is non-refundable under any circumstances.
As soon as you submit your application, we will begin processing it immediately. We strive to deliver your Express ETA as quickly as possible—in most cases, the service is completed within 1 UK working day at the latest, but if possible, we will provide your results even earlier. However, processing times are ultimately dependent on the official UK government system, including its procedures, response times, possible delays, and technical issues, which are beyond our control.
IMPORTANT NOTICE: Once we begin processing your application, the service fee becomes non-refundable, regardless of the outcome. If a customer submits an image or any document that does not meet the required specifications, and the UK government denies the application due to these issues, etaukpermit.com is not responsible for the denial of the application. In such cases, our service fee, including the UK government fee, is non-refundable.

We offer to settle in USD or EUR currency with your payment method chosen on our Website – payment card or other. If you want to pay in another currency, this is possible, your servicing financial institution will perform an automatic currency conversion against the fee you choose on our Website. Your card statement will show the amount if your credit card issuer has implemented a foreign transaction fee. How this fee is displayed on the statement varies by the card issuer. We will not convert your money ourselves, so check with your payment card issuer for exchange rates.

The transaction may also incur additional fees or card-use charges levied by the card provider. We have no influence over such additional fees.

There are no other fees charged. By completing the steps and clicking on the payment button, you agree to the fee charged by Website.

5. Refund Policy

Refunds may be issued under the following conditions:
If the application has not yet been processed by etaukpermit.com
If there is a technical issue caused by us that prevents completion of your application

6. Disclaimer of Affiliation

etaukpermit.com is a private organization and is not associated with any government agency. The information and services provided on our Website are for informational and assistance purposes only.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, etaukpermit.com and its employees, agents, and affiliates are not liable for:

Any denial of application by the relevant government authorities
Errors or omissions in the information provided by the user
Delays caused by technical or administrative issues beyond our control

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from the use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us.

We act as an intermediary, submitting ETA applications on your behalf to the official government application publisher. We do not provide any legal advice.

The service offered here relates exclusively to the transmission of your data and details to the UK authorities. We shall not assume any liability whatsoever for any losses occurring in the course of the ETA registration. This includes all losses resulting from the delay or refusal of authorization and the associated consequences, including, for example, the subsequent cancellation of the trip.

We cannot be held liable for a delay or refusal in the official government website’s response to your application or if you are denied boarding on a flight or vessel with destination to UK because of an incorrect passport, visa, or without ETA, or other required documents. It is your responsibility to ensure that you meet the requirements for travel before making arrangements to visit the UK.

All orders made on our website consist of a mandatory application process with questions and payment information that must be completed by all customers. These actions can only be made by the customer who submits the order him or herself or on behalf of the traveler. By providing us with your data to complete our service, you warrant that you are over the age of 16 or have parental/guardian consent to submit the application on our website.

Please note that it will not be our responsibility if we provide you with the service and submit your data to the ETA center on time, but the approval process on the UK government website can take longer, which happens in very rare cases.
