Refund Policy

The refunding policy shall be implemented in thirty (30) days; please, see section Terms and Conditions. If you would like to claim a refund, you can do it in thirty (30) days after performing the purchase.

 

You can get the money back if we are not providing the service for 3 UK working days, except in the cases the UK government has not yet evaluated your application, and we informed about it to you by e-mail.

 

Occasionally, it may take longer than 3 UK working days, if there is a delay in the UK government system that cannot be controlled by the Website, and in such cases we have no obligation to return the fee to you, unless you have additionally purchased our additional service application fee return option, which means that in case of an official state refusal, we will return our service fee to you, except UK government mandatory fee, which the state does not return to the applicant.

 

In case the application has been submitted, but the UK government has given you the refusal, you can get the service fee back after receiving the results.

 

We will also provide a refund in the event of a fatal or technical error, such as a technical failure due to negligence or a technical system failure.

 

In case of a refund, money will be transferred back to the credit card from which the purchase was performed.

 

In case of compensation, funds will be transferred in twenty-four hours (24 h). Money transfer of such type can take five working days between payment institutions.

 

In case of a claim for refunding, if there are any special circumstances and your purchase was performed more than thirty (30) days ago, please, inform our client support center by writing to support@etaukpermit.com

 

In case of a claim for refunding, you are kindly asked to contact us by writing to support@etaukpermit.com. Your e-mail shall contain the following information:

  • Reason for refunding claim rising;
  • Your given and last name;
  • Type of payment which you used;
  • If you used a credit card or a debit card, please, specify the last four (4) digits;
  • The E-mail address which you used for performing the purchase.
